Topic: Introduction to Creating an Efficient & Resilient Prepared Property
Electrical Engineer, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Dana
Engineering, and Chief of Staff with STARS Technology, will present and lead a
discussion of actions that can be taken to mitigate the effects of and EMP at home and
in the community. Dennis hosts his EMP mitigation information, slides and video at http://danaengineering.org.
Topic: Understanding and Mitigating the Effects of High Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse Attack
There is currently, no Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack civilian
response plan at the Federal, State or Local level. More importantly, the
Regulatory Code of Washington State (RCW 38.52.030) prohibits the
development of a nuclear response plan that evacuates or relocates people.
The recent advances in nuclear weapon and delivery systems by rogue states such as
Iran and North Korea have created an existential threat to the United States of America. We are not prepared for an EMP attack. However, there is much that we can do as individuals, in our homes, businesses, and within our community to minimize this threat.
His presentation is designed to help you understand the potential impacts to you, your businesses, and your community from an Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Attack and provide you with some action that you can take to prepare for such an event.
Dennis White is a beekeeper and member of Mid-Columbia Beekeepers Association.

I’m a real estate agent in Northwest Montana, my husband and I had no idea how we were going to retire. In 2017 I earned more money sharing 7k Metals on a part-time basis than I did as a full-time real estate agent. It has been rewarding to help hundreds of those in our area earn extra income and begin owning gold and silver for the first time. I’m so grateful for the passive income that we earned during a challenging time. I was in a terrible four-wheeler accident that put me in the hospital and made it impossible to work for a period of time, but the 7k Metals commission checks just kept coming weekly. Now we see we have a clear path to retirement because of Gold and Silver and 7k Metals.

Eric Dudenhofer has been a medical practitioner for nearly 30 years and currently works in the dermatology and emergency room specialties. Eric and his wife, Kaery, have been married for 25 years and have 7 children (ages 20 to 7). When not treating patients, Eric can be found with his family–homeschooling, playing bluegrass music, camping, fishing, ATVing, and squeezing every drop of daylight out of each and every day. Eric also works as the Operations Officer for Kaery Concealed, and is the lead medical advisor and instructor for the medical information presented through Kaery Concealed.
As a young man, Eric had his hunting license before he had his driver’s license, and he has been a gun enthusiast for as long as anyone can remember. Eric became passionate about protecting his own family after it was discovered that pedophile, rapist and murderer, Joseph Duncan, was hunting victims where his children attended Kindermusik lessons on Spokane’s South Hill. The unspeakable tragedy and pain inflicted by this sub-human completely changed Eric’s thinking about protecting his family.
Eric is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Washington State Dermatology Association, and is licensed to practice medicine in Washington and Oregon.

Jim Follansbee has been an amateur radio operator since 1956 when he
earned his novice license, WH6CCJ, in Honolulu at the age of 14. His
involvement in the hobby has included antenna design, equipment
building, and long distance communications having confirmed contacts
with 348 DXCC countries. In search of a contact with one last country
needed on the current DXCC list, he started using RTTY, a digital mode.
As a prepper who joined AmRRON, he learned how well the digital modes
work with emergency communications and traffic networks. Constantly
learning new skills, he acts as net control operator on AmRRON digital nets.
Topics: Why Use Digital Modes? (20 minutes)
This will be a discussion of amateur radio application of digital modes
for high speed contacts (meteor scatter), low signal contacts (moon
bounce), error free messages (disaster aid traffic), survival
communications (grid down information networks), and contacting other
amateur radio operators around the world.
FLDIGI Basic Operations for AmRRON Operators (one hour)
With two fully functioning HF stations, the basic functions of FLDIGI
software will be explored. Station setup will explained and
demonstrated. The modes that will be used include FLDIGI, FLMSG, and
FLAMP. Reference will be made to standard AmRRON procedures. Bring your
questions and experience and join the discussion.

Ligia (n. Covaşǎ) Brubaker
Ligia (n. Covaşǎ) Brubaker was born in 1984 in Romania and was raised under the climax of Ceauşescu’s tyranny. For a short but hard time she endured the brutal enforcement of the socialist regime that was losing its grip on Romania.
Having faced a failed attempt to cross the border and to seek political refuge in Austria, her family had been declared an “enemy of the state” during a typical socialist make-believe trial. Her father suffered physical torture and imprisonment as the family prepared to be deported to Bǎrǎgan, a forced labor camp.
In December 1989, the revolution that brought an end to socialism was ignited in Ligia’s hometown by a Lutheran Community that had for year been supplied with Bibles by Americans underground.
Together with her 7 y.o. brother, Ligia (5 y.o.) witnessed the revolution unfold as the adults in her community, previously disarmed, formed living walls in the way of the military; it took two long, bloody days for the military to stop shooting defenseless people and turn with them against the government.
Ligia, and her husband Bryan, are the owners of Brubaker Arms Manufacturing.
She is a published author and public speaker.
