2019 NW Preparedness Expo in April

Greetings, everyone interested in preparedness! The 2019 NW Preparedness Expo will be held on Saturday, April 13th. We are debating whether to add a half day on either Friday, April 12th or Sunday, April 14th which is why we haven’t updated the date on the home page. We hope to have that settled in the next week or two, but the main expo day will be Saturday, April 13th, 2019. Save the date. More information as it becomes available.

Many people have asked what happened to the 2018 expo. Unfortunately, the farm where we hold the expo had a lot of additional work to do this year which made it impossible for us to hold the event there. In the amount of time that we had, we could not procure a suitably sized substitute venue. By moving the expo date from May to April — a less busy farming month — we hope to avoid such issues in the future.
